Introducing Asuka & Ako!
As part of Odate City’s initiative to promote tourism from Japan and abroad, two members of the new “Akita Dog Team” moved to Odate in September of 2016. Their mission is to raise two happy, healthy Akita dogs that can help serve as fluffy ambassadors of the city.
The Akita Dog Team hold various events around the city where guests have the opportunity to meet and greet real Akita dogs. Come say hello at their next event!
